Dalek has every rights to this name. He created it first and dA explicitly says that they won't delete accounts for any other reasons other than infringement of their rules (and even then, the accounts isn't deleted but put on a stopper).

Why everyone wants this name to be 'freed', I have no clue, but you should consider him. What if people suddenly started telling YOU that you didn't deserve to have your account?

aerii-chan, thank you for the support. I have had this nickname for so many years and have recently named my son Kaled, the race the Daleks were mutated from..

I have not yet had time to actually put my work fully on-line, but this will all happen in the next couple of months...
